Why CaGima? Well it is a pertinent question. We know it does not have any obvious meaning, just like any other name you hear for the first time. We therefore are confident that you will become accustomed to it just like other precedents; in the mean time please allow us to give you its origin:

The word Ca Gi Ma is an acronym built from the names of three children; It was originally Ma Gi Ca, taken from the first syllable of the first born (Marylyn), the second syllable of our boy (Reginald) and the third syllable of the baby girl (Rebecca).

When the name of the company was run by our mother, she was concerned about the sound of it “unless you were a Magician, or were planning on selling products for magic purposes etc...” she said… We understood her point immediately and simply switched the combined syllables around, creating the word CaGiMa and it evidently sounded better – mothers are always right …

Our mission is simple: Provide a common name on the web where everybody can find everybody and everything. Our plan is to promote this site with every medium as far as we can imagine in the world, so it becomes a corner where you will find whatever’s missing on the web and references to the other known sites. One name, one site where you can find your announcements, Daily Hot deals, Entertainment, events, Information, all businesses: (small, medium and major – mostly Caribbean), chat room, e-mail, web Links, etc… in one place. Especially everything that relates to the Caribbean culture, art, business, opportunity, health, trivia, etc…

Our IRL office is located in East Orange NJ, since the year 2001. Our business also consists of Web design, pc repair and sales. An audio Studio is included in our facility where we print music demo on CD for upcoming musicians; we produce local radio commercials, voice over, radio shows and the sort – we also offer the service of transferring music from old records and Cassettes onto CD for the purpose of conserving people’s personal music library; that same service extends to transfer home video cassettes onto DVD among other variety services.
